Bring awareness to the smaller stabilizers so they can begin their true work and so that greater mobilizers work more efficiently.  This workshop will consist of a dynamic strength-building movement where transitions in and out of poses are conscious, integrated and smooth.

Chloe pratique et enseigne le yoga depuis plus de 15 ans et a été formée dans différentes lignées comme Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Anusara, et le Pilates. Elle propose une pratique basée sur l'alignement et l’action précise, une connexion profonde au centre, tout en enchainant les poses avec fluidité. 

Chloe has studied and taught Yoga & Pilates for over 15 years. Influenced by various lineages, such as Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Anusara and Pilates, she offers an accessible alignment-based practice with mindful sequencing and clear road maps into the body.
