We want to give you the tools to walk away feeling confident in what to practice using the AcroYogaDance Syllabus. Repetition is the mother of skill which will enable you to feel the movement and automatically respond to your partner with fluidity and grace.
The goal is that each sequence is fun, if it's fun you'll make new connections with yourself and others and you'll do it more often, if you do it more often it can eventually become beautiful to perform. As it feels beautiful to perform it will also start to look beautiful and bring joy to those who see it as well as do it.

Prerequisites for attendance:
Six months yoga practice or similar health/movement practice.
